Postage & Ordering

Please note that standard postage is 5-10 business days and express postage is 1 -3 days depending on your location. We are located in Griffith, which is regional NSW. These dates are based on Australian Post Office delivery standards. We take no responsibility if not delivered by the due date.

Please give minimum 7 business days approx. for start of production to delivery. However we aim to have completed your order within 4-7 business days of your payment clearing in our account. Please be aware of calculating postage times yourself to ensure your delivery arrives on time. 

When Ordering

All images/content supplied from customers and clients must have granted permission from the original creators if they are subject to copyright. Please make sure that all Images supplied are in High Resolution, minimum 300dpi. 

The photographs on our website are not always a true representation of the actual colour. Also all colour monitors display different contrasts and therefore photographs are only an indication of the colours.

Our Sashes are standard 1.8 meters and adjustable to one size fit all. Add your choice of wording, image, design and logo via our Order form. 

If you require your order urgently, please tick our PANIC ORDER box below and your order will jump to the front of the queue. Be aware that PANIC ORDER will increase your product prices by $11 per sash. 

You are considered as a Panic Order 

by working out the following:

-If you require your order in less than 7 business working days (excluding weekends), then YES, you are a panic order. 

-Please note that no orders are processed Fridays as we are closed. No panic orders allowed for GLITTER SASHES. 

-Please do not type ASAP in comments as this will not rush your order through any quicker. That is why we put "date required" on the order form.
