"hello" Style Sash

1. Computer screens show different colours. Please request samples of colours as, WE WILL NOT REFUND, REPRINT or EXCHANGE based on you selecting the wrong colour or change of mind. 

2. Sizing for sashes:- Adults = 10cm wide x 180cm long and Children = 10cm wide x 150cm long. 

3. Due to high demand and peak seasons, orders can take between 3 - 5 working days to print (excluding shipping days)

4. You are considered a PANIC ORDER if you require your Sashes in less than 7 business working days (excluding shipping). If you do not select this as an option when you pay, we will invoice you separately for this.

5. Sizing of the font: If multiple sashes, we will take the longest wording and use that size as a guide for all your sashes. This is so your sashes are consistent in font size. Single and one off sashes will be based on our best judgement.

6. If you want to add "accessories" to your order (eg sash pins, tassels or rhinestone trim on tails) visit our online shop and add to your order.

7. Colours displayed on the sash designer below are an indication only, so please check our sash colours before ordering, to see a closer colour match. Please note colours will appear different on every monitor, but we do offer sample packs on request.
