IT IS IMPORTANT TO THOROUGHLY READ OUR T's AND C's BECAUSE ONCE ACCEPTED (BOX HAS BEEN TICKED ON ORDER FORM) YOU HAVE AGREED TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING

Personalised Sashes aim to dispatch your order within 3 days of your order being placed and receiving complete payment. This does not include weekends and public holidays.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS TIMEFRAME DOES NOT INCLUDING YOUR POSTAL DELIVERY.
FOR EXAMPLE, YOUR ORDER PLACED ON MONDAY, PAYMENT CLEARED IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT ON WEDNESDAY
PRINTING MAY HAPPEN THURSDAY, OR FOLLOWING MONDAY OR TUESDAY (WE ARE CLOSED FRIDAYS) SO PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN CHOOSING POSTAGE TYPE AS WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LATE ARRIVAL OF ORDERS. CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS.

Our sashes are basically one size fits all (normally 1.8m in length and 100mm wide) and YES we can supply you with sample swatch of the ribbon if you need to colour match.

When using our Sash Designer, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order with Personalised Sashes.

The colours used in the personalisation tool are a representation only of what the product will be. All colour monitors display different contrasts and therefore sash colours are only an indication. However we have tried to match the colours very closely as they actually are. If you are need to check the colour we are more than happy to post a free sample.

Not all foil colours provide a good result on some sashes, however you will be contacted about this before we go to print. For example our white print is not a true white...depending on the colour sash there will be a slight "tinge" of that colour coming through the white. So with a black sash the white print may look slightly grey tinged in colour and a red sash the white print may look slightly pink in colour. Also keep in mind that a lighter print will not show up visibly on a lighter coloured sash (eg candy pink with white print may be harder to read) and darker print will not show up on dark sashes (eg royal blue with black print will be extremely hard to read). This is why it is important for you to choose the correct colour combination.

If your order has already been printed we cannot provide a refund for your order.

Sorry we do not provide proofs. If you we provided proofs/artwork to all our customers we would seriously never get around to printing anybody's sash orders. If you definitely need a proof we will charge a small fee to have one provided to you.

We take no responsibility if not delivered by due date by Australia Post. You will need to follow this up with them. We aim to have completed your order within 2-3 days of YOUR payment clearing in our account so remember to calculate this in your postage time as well.

If your order has already been dispatched we cannot provide a refund for your order.

Personalised Sashes will not provide a refund for orders that have been received unless it is damaged or faulty. On this occasion we will then reprint or refund your order. Please thoroughly check your order when you receive it to make sure your order is correct.

Requests for refunds after 7 days after delivery or if the items are used will not be considered for a refund.

It is your responsibility to check the spelling of your personalised text. We will print your personalised text exactly how you have entered it into the sash designer on our website.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct postal address as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses supplied. We cannot be held responsible for the delay in delivery if you have supplied an incorrect postal address or postcode.

Explanation of our printing process

All our sashes are printed with a thermal printer (not screen printed) so the ink/foil adheres to the actual ribbon thread...this means that you may find that it doesn't have FULL coverage like you would with screen printing...this is how we keep our costs down. Screen printing involves a larger process by creating an actual template that is used on the material which is then printed and put through a tunnel for drying...making the ink visibly thicker on the material. However the costs are quite a lot more. We use this technique with our FULL COLOUR sashes hence the reason for the price increase.
